What to expect
Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) specifically developed for premature ejaculation. It increases the time to ejaculation and improves control. It is taken as needed, not daily. Your doctor will review your progress after 4 weeks: if effective, treatment can continue; if not, the dose may be adjusted or an alternative considered.
