Pricing and payment5 questions
How much do the plans cost?
Weight loss is €25 every 28 days and hair growth €15 a month, billed €45 every 90 days. Sexual health (€35) and dermatology (€40) are one-off consultations.
Is the medication included?
No. Hi Doctor charges for the medical consultation. You pay the pharmacy for any medicine, at the price it sets.
When am I charged?
At the end of the questionnaire. If the doctor doesn't approve treatment, the fee is refunded in full within 48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA Direct Debit, processed securely by Stripe with 3-D Secure.
How does the ongoing plan work?
Your plan covers the first consultation, renewals reviewed by your doctor and ongoing care in your private chat. Cancel anytime from your account.

If the doctor does not approve your consultation
Every consultation on Hi-Doctor ends with a medical decision. If the doctor who reviews your case decides that treatment is not appropriate and does not approve your consultation, we refund what you paid in full. You do not need to justify anything further. A consultation that ends without approval is never charged.
When will my refund arrive?
3–5 business days after it's issued.
How to request a refund
Write to us at hello@hi-doctor.ai and tell us what happened. We review every request individually and process approved refunds to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a little while for the amount to appear on your statement.
Cancel anytime
If you have a subscription, you can cancel it at any moment from your account, without notice periods or cancellation fees. Cancelling stops all future charges. Care already delivered, and a consultation already under medical review, is not affected.
