How to use
- Take one tablet daily on an empty stomach
Take one 20 mg tablet one hour before or two hours after a meal. Food significantly reduces absorption. Swallow the tablet whole with water.

Your prescriber sets the duration according to the allergy pattern and symptoms. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
Dose schedule
- Once daily on an empty stomach
Take at the same time each day for consistent symptom control. If a dose is missed, skip it if the next dose is near.
- Review effectiveness
If symptoms remain uncontrolled despite regular prescribed use, contact the prescriber. Do not take a higher dose.
Side effects
Drowsiness and headache
Drowsiness, headache, and fatigue can occur. Check your response before driving or using machinery.
Gastrointestinal and other effects
Nausea, abdominal pain, and dizziness are less common. Serious allergic reactions are very rare.

- A severe allergic reaction: facial swelling, breathing difficulty, or widespread rash
- Symptoms do not improve after regular use
Storage
Keep in the original package, away from moisture and direct heat, and out of children's reach. Follow the temperature limit on your pack and do not use it after the expiry date.
